The Challenge

The store carried a wide range of products across multiple categories — from watches, backpacks and home décor to gadgets, ACs, TVs and refrigerators.

The Process

How it was done

  1. Built an Evergreen Full-Catalog Campaign

Used the complete product catalog so the campaign could continuously promote relevant products across multiple categories without creating a separate campaign for every product group.

  2. Optimized the Product Catalog

Improved the catalog structure and product matching to make sure products were correctly available for dynamic delivery.

  3. Maintained Strong Tracking & Catalog Health

Achieved 9/10 event quality and approximately 98% catalog matching, helping Meta receive stronger product and conversion signals.

  4. Used Dynamic Product Selection

Rather than manually choosing products for every audience, the catalog allowed Meta to dynamically surface relevant products based on user behavior and intent.

  5. Combined Retargeting with Lookalike Audiences

Retargeted website visitors and other high-intent users who had not converted, while also using Lookalike Audiences to expand beyond existing customers and website visitors.

  6. Changed Offers Instead of Rebuilding the Campaign

The campaign structure remained evergreen while the offer, ad copy and promotional messaging were changed according to the current promotion or product category.

  7. Multiple Product Categories

The same catalog ecosystem supported categories including watches, backpacks, home décor, gadgets, ACs, TVs, refrigerators and other products.

  8. Optimized Based on Performance

Budget allocation and campaign decisions were adjusted based on purchase volume, cost per purchase, purchase value and ROAS rather than making frequent structural changes.
